Devilish Eggs

My husband loves deviled eggs, and he’s been bugging me to make him some deviled eggs, so I made some. These devilish eggs are super easy to make, honestly, anyone can do it and they are delicious. They are great as an appetizer at a party, or even for breakfast. I actually made them in the morning and we had them for brunch.

First you need to boil 8 eggs and then cool them off. In a small bowl, add a tbsp of relish, 2 tbsp of plain yogurt, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and if you prefer 1 tbsp of chopped dill.

Now take the cooled eggs and cut them in half.

Using a spoon, spoon out the egg yolk into the bowl with the filling ingredients.

Mix the egg yolks with the rest of the ingredients well.

Now I used my cake decorator to actually fill the egg whites, but you can use a pastry bag, or just simply spoon the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. And that’s it, you’re done. All you have to do is eat them.
