Hi Joanna,
I am a fan of all your recipes. I am looking for a recipe you posted about a week or two ago. It is a salad, with roasted vegetable and I think you add baby spinach after the veggies are cooled.
I cannot find it in my email
Please send again.
Thanks
The last salad I did was this https://www.jocooks.com/recipes/warm-kale-salad-with-roasted-butternut-squash/ and the last dish with spinach was this https://www.jocooks.com/recipes/one-pot-chicken-florentine-gnocchi/ … is this what you’re thinking of?
