How about something refreshing. Easter is gone now, and it seems like spring is finally coming here in Calgary. It hasn’t been too warm, but I’ll take it, and it was a nice and sunny day, so what better way to celebrate than making a delicious fruit smoothie with my favorite fruits.
I wanted to use some pineapple in this smoothie, but I didn’t have fresh pineapple, I did however have canned pineapple, so I used about a cup of canned pineapple.

I love oranges in smoothies, so I added a couple of oranges, that I cleaned.

Next I added a cup of raspberries.

Already it’s beginning to look like it will be a delicious smoothie, but I’m not done yet, I added a cup of strawberries.

My favorite ingredient here, I added a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream.

I love activia yogurt, so I added one blueberry activia yogurt and one vanilla activia yogurt. However, you can use just plain yogurt here.

Add half a cup of milk.

And a couple cups of ice cubes.

Next mix it all on low.

And voila!!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 medium oranges
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 scoops vanilla icecream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup yogurt (or one vanilla yogurt and one blueberry yogurt)
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients together in mixer and mix until smooth.
Enjoy!
