Babe Ruth Bars

No Bake Babe Ruth Bars – these bars are heavenly and are ready in under 15 minutes.

You know when you have those cravings for something sweet, well that was me today. But I didn’t want just anything, and I didn’t want to bake anything either, so I thought that one of those no bake bars would be an excellent idea. I had seen this recipe on and I just had to try it.

No Bake Babe Ruth bars.

We’re all familiar with the Babe Ruth candy bar and I for one love anything with nuts and chocolate so this was perfect for my craving. I just happened to have all the ingredients on hand, because they’re simple ingredients, so I set out to make this delicious bar. I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t have asked for anything simpler to make, it literally took me under 15 minutes to make this heavenly bar.

This recipe calls for peanuts, but I only had pecans so I used those, peanut butter, cornflakes, chocolate chips, doesn’t that just make you drool? Well next time you’re craving something sweet, this is just the treat to take care of that craving.

  1. In a large sauce pan add the peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, peanuts and cornflakes. Mix well quickly before it begins to harden, making sure everything is evenly coated.

These bars will make my husband happy…his favorite candy bar is the Baby Ruth! I was wondering if you could help me with a Pinterest Board – Southern Cuisine: Share Your Best. Several of my recipes are being shared on this board (yeah), and I would like to be apart of the board, but do not know who the creator of the board is so I can contact that person. Thank you…understand if you can’t help me :)
