Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound lean pork loin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 ounce canned tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 weight watchers multigrain flat rolls

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork slices to it.
  • Cook the pork for about 3 to 5 minutes, you just want to get a bit of color on it, then remove it from the skillet.
  • In the same skillet add the tablespoon of olive oil and add the onion and garlic and saute over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • After the onion is cooked until tender, add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir well. Simmer this for a minute.
  • Add the pork to the sauce, cover it up and let it simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Assemble the sandwiches together, and serve.
