Ingredients
1 1/2
pound
lean pork loin
sliced into thin strips
1
medium onion
chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1 1/2
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
14
ounce
canned tomato sauce

tablespoon
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

tablespoon
olive oil
5
weight watchers multigrain flat rolls
Instructions
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork slices to it.
Cook the pork for about 3 to 5 minutes, you just want to get a bit of color on it, then remove it from the skillet.
In the same skillet add the tablespoon of olive oil and add the onion and garlic and saute over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
After the onion is cooked until tender, add the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir well. Simmer this for a minute.
Add the pork to the sauce, cover it up and let it simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Assemble the sandwiches together, and serve.
