Ingredients

  • 4 small tortilla
  • 2 beef steaks 8 oz each
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 cup radishes sliced
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Grill the steaks. While the steaks are grilling, wash the lettuce and chop it up and place it in a bowl.
  • Slice the radishes and green onions, cut the tomatoes in quarters and add them to the bowl.
  • To make the dressing add the olive oil, juice of a lemon, salt and pepper and whisk.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
  • Slice the beef in thin strips.
  • To assemble the tacos, place lots of salad over the tortilla, and top it off with steak strips.
