- 4 small tortilla
- 2 beef steaks 8 oz each
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1 cup radishes sliced
- 1 cup green onions chopped
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Grill the steaks. While the steaks are grilling, wash the lettuce and chop it up and place it in a bowl.
Slice the radishes and green onions, cut the tomatoes in quarters and add them to the bowl.
To make the dressing add the olive oil, juice of a lemon, salt and pepper and whisk.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
Slice the beef in thin strips.
To assemble the tacos, place lots of salad over the tortilla, and top it off with steak strips.
