Popovers

These easy homemade Popovers are the perfect companion to nearly every meal. Try this super simple to make, no fail recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butter for greasing the pan
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
  • Butter the popover/muffin tray well.
  • Add all ingredients (minus the butter) to a blender and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. The batter will look similar to a crepe batter.
  • Pour the batter in the muffin cups 3/4 of the way through.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes.
