Ingredients

  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 apple grated, about 1/2 cup
  • ¼ cup mixed seeds I used pepitas, sunflower, poppy, and sesame seeds
  • 1 jar Litehouse coleslaw dressing 13oz/ 384mL
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the cabbage, carrots, and apples and add them to a large bowl.
  • Add the seeds, dressing, and leon juice to the bowl. Toss well and serve.
