Lasagna Dip

You read that right! My Lasagna Dip recipe is layered with sausage, marinara sauce, and lots of ooey-gooey melty cheese. Made and served all in one skillet, it's a great addition to any appetizer table. It's so delicious, you might just want to enjoy it as a meal all on its own!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450℉.
  • In a large oven safe skillet add the sausage and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the meat is no longer pink, braking it up with a wooden spoon. Add the garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Add the marinara sauce and stir. Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper as needed. Bring to a simmer, cook for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
  • Top with dollops of ricotta cheese all over the sausage mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Finally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
  • Serve with baguette slices.

Notes

  1. Let the dip cool down and transfer it to an airtight container. If there is lots leftover, you can keep it in the skillet and cover well with plastic wrap.
  2. To reheat, you can use the microwave. You can also heat it back up in the skillet at 400F for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
