Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients well to combine.
  • Store in an airtight container or jar in a cool, dry place for up to one year.

Notes

  1. Add a bit of dried lemon zest to incorporate a hit of citrus!
  2. Write the name and date on the outside of the bottle or jar you're storing your spice blend in, that way you will know when you have to make a new one!
  3. You can also make this blend low-sodium or even salt-free by just leaving out the salt. It will still taste great!
  4. Store Greek seasoning in an airtight container or jar. Make sure to store in a cool, dry place and your spice blend will last for up to one year.
