Ingredients

  • 750 ml white wine dry (1 bottle)
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 2 ounce cognac
  • 1 lime cut into slices
  • ½ pineapple cut into small wedges with skin removed
  • 1 cup strawberries roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup lime cordial
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a large punch bowl or pitcher and stir well. Feel free to experiment with different liqueurs and different fruit depending on the season.

Notes

  1. Because this recipe includes ginger ale, it has a sparkling element. If you want to save yourself some time, you can prep the recipe, leaving the ginger ale out, until you're ready to serve. Top the pitcher off with ginger ale and you have fresh, bubbly sangria ready to go in the blink of an eye!
