Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 1/2 cup asiago cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
  • Thoroughly butter the ramekins. Add a slice of brioche bread to the bottom of the ramekin and press tightly. Add a tablespoon of the asiago cheese over the bread, then crack an egg on top of the cheese. Top with another tablespoon of asiago cheese, season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
