Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp mint chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, using your hands or a wooden spoon. Form the meat into small round meatballs.
  • Place them on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake them for about 45 minutes to an hour.
  • This recipe will make about 20 meatballs.
