Baked Lebanese Lamb Meatballs
Gorgeous Lamb Meatballs, infused with fragrant spices and herbs, totally delicious and best of all they're baked.
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon mint chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, using your hands or a wooden spoon. Form the meat into small round meatballs.
Place them on a cookie sheet.
Bake them for about 45 minutes to an hour.
This recipe will make about 20 meatballs.
