Italian Potato Salad
This recipe for Italian Potato Salad, mayo free, a starter or side recipe, is simple, delicious and an all time favorite. Perfect for a potluck or a picnic, it's the salad you'll always be craving.
- 2 lb potatoes cubed and boil
- 6 slices bacon fried and chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 5 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and gently toss.
Serve salad with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
