- 2 cups red cabbage shredded
- 2 cups green cabbage shredded
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 1 apple grated, about 1/2 cup
- ¼ cup mixed seeds I used pepitas, sunflower, poppy, and sesame seeds
- 1 jar Litehouse coleslaw dressing 13oz/ 384mL
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Prepare the cabbage, carrots, and apples and add them to a large bowl.
Add the seeds, dressing, and leon juice to the bowl. Toss well and serve.
