Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon oregano dried
  • 2 tablespoon basil dried
  • 2 tablespoon rosemary dried
  • 2 tablespoon thyme dried
  • 2 tablespoon marjoram dried, or 1 tbsp ground

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container or jar.
  • If you're using a freshly washed jar or container, make sure it is completely dry. Dry it with a towel, then leave it upside down on a dish rack for an hour. Any moisture left over can compromise your blend.

Notes

  1. This will make just under 3/4 cup of Italian seasoning or 11 tbsp. You can cut the recipe down or multiply it depending on how often you use Italian seasoning.
