Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cinnamon ground
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg ground
  • ½ teaspoon allspice ground
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ground
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom ground

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl. Transfer to a jar and store.

Notes

  1. Your blend will last 3-4 years if properly stored. Transfer your homemade spice blend to an airtight container, preferably a jar with a twist-seal lid. This will help keep your blend fresh for longer. Store in a dark, cool place such as your pantry or a spice drawer.
