- 5 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup dried oregano

- 1 cup pitted prunes
- ½ cup pitted green olives

- 4 pounds chicken pieces thighs and breasts

- 1 cup white wine dry is best

In a large bowl, combine garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, olive oil, prunes, olives, capers with juice, and bay leaves. Mix it up to create the marinade.
