  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray a bread pan with non stick spray. 
  • In a small bowl, whisk the brown sugar together with the cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In the bowl of your mixer add the butter and granulated sugar and beat until well combined. Add eggs one at a time and mix until light and fluffy.
  • In a measuring cup, mix the buttermilk and vanilla extract; set aside. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  • Add the buttermilk milk and flour mixture half a time to the mixer and mix until well incorporated.
  • Pour 1/3 of the batter in the bread pan and sprinkle with 1/3 of the brown sugar mixture, repeat with remaining batter and sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
