Ingredients

Steel Cut Oats

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

To Serve

  • banana sliced
  • raspberries
  • sliced almonds toasted

Instructions

  • Add all the steel cut oats ingredients to your Instant pot and close the lid.

  • Set the valve to sealing and set the Instant Pot to Manual/High Pressure for 5 minutes. When the time is up, let the Instant Pot release naturally for 20 minutes then release remaining pressure. Remove the lid and stir everything together.

  • Serve with sliced banana, berries and toasted sliced almonds.
