Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
