Raving Reviews

greek chicken and feta pasta

This cookbook is everything a cook could ever desire in a cookbook. Prior to purchasing this cookbook, I made sure to make one of her recipes from her cooking blog (“Jo Cooks” – Google it) and it was fantastic (Spicy orzo pork ragu). The recipes in this cookbook are just as good, so if you look those recipes, you will no doubt like the collection in this cookbook.

Excellent cookbook! Great variety of entrees and hearty sides with beautiful photos for each recipe. I’ve made several and they taste as delicious as they look. Best purchase this year.

LOVE this cookbook! The pictures are beautiful and the recipes are very reasonable and delicious. It’s not often you find a cookbook that you can use most of the recipes in. This is one of those cookbooks! The author has a blog as well and has so many great recipes on it. I’m a big fan!

I’ve always considered myself an “ok” cook but I’m not like my mom or sisters that can just make something with out measurements. I need a recipe with step by step directions. Jo, I must tell you I love your recipes! I have used so many of them. Even if I find it a little difficult, your instructions, and “helpful hints” makes it come out perfect and delicious every time!
I have used your recipes for just about everything; main courses, appetizers, soups and desserts! I used to continually shock myself and my family. Now I just have the confidence if I stick with you, it will all be ok!
Thank you!!!

Jo I am from SA living in a little town called Port Elizabeth. I have my own catering company (small but totally worth it). I started my company when my hubby lost his job. I absolutely love food, and your recipes inspire me. Thank you xxx
