I have enjoyed many of your recipes since finding your site, thank you. A table to help me with converting American measures would be helpful. Also have to look up what some of the ingredients are but that’s no trouble.

There is a button on the recipe cards, right under the ingredient list that will convert them for you! Glad you like the recipes 🙂

Happy to see a new cookbook on the way as I use your site often and have made some really delicious dishes!. Any insight about percent of recipes that are milk-based dairy free (so no cream or cheese)? Lactose intolerance has sadly become a thing as I get older.

I haven’t calculated a percentage, but you’ll find quite a few recipes that are dairy free. 🙂
