Frozen Mudslide – sweet and frozen, my latest favorite drink and a perfect way to cool off on a hot day.

Close up shot of Frozen Mudslides

I have a new favorite drink and I need to share it with you guys! A frozen mudslide!

Have you ever had one? It’s to die for!

I had two today. And I want more. It’s so delicious, why haven’t I had these before? How could it not be good, it has Bailey’s and Kahlua and Vodka! I feel like I’ve used too many exclamation marks here, but that’s how excited I am. I came across this drink while looking at pins on Pinterest and the minute I saw it, I knew I had to try it.

I keep saying I don’t drink much, but this drink is like a dessert, it’s sweet and it’s frozen. I hope you give it a try. 🙂

Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml 1 oz Vodka
  • 30 ml 1 ozBailey’s Irish cream
  • 5 big scoops of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve in chilled glasses.

Recipe Notes

You can make this stronger by adding 60 ml of each alcohol, but I found that is too strong for me and 30 ml of each was just enough.

Going to make one now. Is that mint on top. If so, I have that too. Looks so pretty.

Jo, this drink looks amazing. I think this recipe belongs in the “better than sex” category. It’s definitely now on the list for must do drinks this summer.
