Quick breads are made using the same technique as muffins, but baked into loaves that you can slice and devour! In my collection of quick bread recipes, you’ll find different spins on yummy banana bread as well as moist pumpkin bread. I’ve also got an Irish soda bread that is absolutely delicious and a savory olive ham and cheese loaf that is something to write home about!
