Emeril’s Essence Creole seasoning mix! Super simple to make and it really helps “kick it up a notch” whatever you’re making!
My latest favorite spice to use is Emeril’s Essence. I love it, it’s nice and spicy and it’s so much easier to use than getting out all your spices. It goes on any kind of meat, I’ve used it on chicken, pork or beef.

Like what is the difference between this and Cajun seasoning? The no red pepper flakes?
It focuses more on a balance of savory and aromatic herbs, whereas Cajun seasoning often has a spicier kick. Both are great for adding robust flavor!
Would you be able to cultivate recipes using this? Is it like a creole seasoning mix? Let me know how to use it! Looks good but I just like extra direction too!
Emeril’s Essence is indeed similar to a Creole seasoning mix. It’s versatile and can be used in a variety of recipes like grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or even sprinkled on popcorn. Think of it as a flavor booster for almost any dish – from soups and stews to pastas and salads.
This is now my go to dry rub for beef, chicken, fish and shrimp. Family loves it
I also added 1T each of Cumin and Korean red pepper powder
Absolutely delish
