21 Healthy Recipes to Kick Start Your New Year’s Resolutions – a collection of my favorite healthy and delicious recipes.
Despite the fact that I always say I hate making New Year’s resolutions, especially when it comes to eating healthy, I always do and every year I start with the same resolution. To eat food that is healthy and good for you. I know I’m not alone. Maybe the other resolutions might not work out so much, like be more active or spend less money and save more, eating healthy is not so bad, and it is probably the most popular resolution people make. To help you start your New Year right, and maybe help you, and myself of course, keep this resolution, at least for a while, I put together a collection of my favorite healthy recipes which I make over and over and not only are they healthy and good for you, but they truly are delicious. I broke them down into 3 categories; breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are a lot more healthy recipes here on Jo Cooks, so feel free to take a look at them here.
